Job Description Summary
This is a highly skilled position involving the control and operation of the asphalt roller machine. Responsible for operating equipment to compact earth, subgrade, and sub-base asphalt surfaces in the construction of highways and streets.This includes safely and efficiently operating rollers to smooth material from the paver to proper depths and ensuring desired compaction and smoothness. Requires a thorough understanding of preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, and other details related to asphalt paving.

Shift differential may apply - job requires ability to work any shift and the ability to work in GA and SC dependent on the project.
