WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and develop clients for life

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs

• Provide a professional, consultative sales experience

• Demonstrate Ford and Kia vehicles, features and technology

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Develop strong product knowledge

• Work dealership and internet leads

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Maintain relationships with customers after the sale

• Develop repeat and referral business

• Professionally overcome objections

• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives

• Work directly with Sales Management to achieve monthly goals

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from introduction through vehicle delivery

NO AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

Some of the best automotive salespeople come from outside the car business.

Candidates with successful backgrounds in retail sales, wireless sales, restaurants, hospitality, real estate, insurance, customer service, home improvement, furniture sales and other performance-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
