Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rindge, NH Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for an 11-year-old boy in Rindge, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring nurse who enjoys working with pediatric clients and is passionate about helping children live safe, comfortable, and fulfilling lives at home. Our client is a non-verbal, wheelchair-dependent child who requires assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ongoing nursing support. He has a G-tube and requires attentive, compassionate care throughout his after-school routine. The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, and comfortable providing one-on-one care in a home setting while supporting the child's comfort, safety, independence, and overall quality of life. Schedule * Monday–Friday *

3:30 PM–9:30 PM

* 30 hours per week Responsibilities * Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the client's home * Provide care and monitoring related to the client's G-tube * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Provide wheelchair-related care and assistance with mobility and positioning * Monitor the client's condition and report changes appropriately * Follow the individualized plan of care and physician-directed orders * Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment * Communicate effectively with the family and healthcare team * Encourage participation in age-appropriate activities and support the client's overall quality of life Job Requirements * Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire * Pediatric nursing experience preferred * Experience with G-tube care preferred * Experience caring for children with complex medical or physical needs preferred * Current CPR certification required (Interim HealthCare offers monthly CPR renewal classes at no cost to employees.) * Reliable transportation * Ability to safely assist with the physical demands of the position Benefits * Locally owned and operated * Paid weekly * No weekend or holiday requirement * Employee referral program Company Overview Interim HealthCare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing.
