Office Manager We are looking to add another member to our close-knit team in Jacksonville. The position requires great customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun! Please no phone calls. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk.
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries
• Corresponding with clients and customers
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department.
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer.
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors

Specific Requirements:

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Computer experience including Word and Excel
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits:

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Occasional Saturdays
