Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center A Stellar Senior Living Community Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in skilled nursing and rehabilitation? Position Details 📍 Grand Junction, Colorado 💲 Pay Range: $29.50 - $38.52 per hour DOE PRN Schedule Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs. PRN Commitment Requirements:

• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
• At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
• Must maintain active employment status and complete all required training's and competencies

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado LPN License
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
